About us

We are a small cleaning firm working in Harrow. Carpets and soft furnishings are the whole job here: rooms, stairs, rugs, sofas and mattresses.

How we work

The machine stays by the door and the hoses run in, so there is no dripping kit carried across the house. Hot water extraction puts a heated rinse into the pile and pulls it straight back out, which is why rooms are walk-on dry in a couple of hours rather than damp overnight.

We test dyes before anything gets wet, and we say on the doorstep if a fibre should not be wet cleaned at all.

How we price

Priced per room and per item, agreed before we start, with nothing added for travel or parking. We publish the lot on the prices page rather than making you ring to find out.

What we will not tell you

We will not promise that every mark comes out. Bleach spots are missing dye, not dirt. Old red wine that has been through a hot wash, and dye transfer from a rug backing, are usually permanent. We will have a proper go and tell you on the day which yours is.

Complaints

If something we cleaned is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back to it. That is easier for everyone than an argument about a bill.
